Well as much as I love my kids. It was the first time in 10 weeks I took a shower with out a "MOM" call. The only thing was my chicken clucking for food.

"organic' and "conventional" What does it mean?

I've read many time articles citing "a study" that decided that organic food is no more nutritious than the rest of the food on the grocery shelf. So, the labels "organic" and "conventional" is what I want to discuss. Each state determines what standards and governing bodies are used to certify what is organic. If all the right "hoops" are jumped through, those foods can be certified organic. BUT some of the best (most nutritious) food you can buy and the worst (least nutritious) food can be found on the organic shelf. This can happen, but how it’s certified organic. Even though both products are certified organic, they were raised quite differently. Working with nature will usually produce higher quality food than forcing nature with nitrate fertilizers and this goes for organic or conventional. NY Ayrshire Scholarship

The New York Ayrshire Club is pleased to announce their 2016 Calf Scholarship Award. This award is open to youth 8 to 15 years of age as of January 1, 2016 who has demonstrated the interest and ability to develop an Ayrshire calf to her fullest potential and who will also grow through this project. The award will provide money to the selected youth that can be used to help purchase a Registered Ayrshire calf at a public auction. Past winners of this scholarship have had great success with their Ayrshire calves and have become active members both in the New York Junior Ayrshire Club and the National Junior Ayrshire Breeders’ Association.
